Since the products and services offered by Dodopackaging.com are customized according to the client’s query, it is recommended that the customer inform the company at info@dodopackaging.com within 3 working days after receiving the order if the delivered products do not meet their requirements and specifications or are defective.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

A chargeback is not an option, however, a free reprint of the order is provided by the company if the fault in the product is proven to be on the company’s side.

The defect is determined by the management team of Dodopackaging. Full order must be shipped back within 30 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly.

If the fault is at the client’s end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job, a chargeback will be provided after deducting the product’s setup and shipping cost by the company.
