Kraft mailers are made up of strong paperboard and are not padded. Whereas, the bubble mailers are padded with bubble wrap liners to provide effective cushioning for your items requiring shock protection.
Can custom Kraft mailers replace corrugated mailers?
Yes. You can use Kraft mailers instead of corrugated mailers for carrying lightweight materials. For extra protection, you can add bubble wraps and other coatings.
Are these mailers waterproof?
Kraft mailers can resist moisture, but it is not fully waterproof to resist heavy rain. However, coatings add to the functionality, and for a full waterproof experience, consider having our custom premium poly mailers.
Are custom Kraft mailers padded?
These mailers are not padded or coated by default, but you can use our add-ons to enhance the practicality and have a better packaging experience.
Can I have a sample and get prototypes for a closer look and satisfaction?
Yes, you must go through our samples to get inspired and refine your ideas. Additionally, we provide 3D mockup sessions for you to have a look at your prototypes. On special requests, you can also get the samples or prototypes at your doorstep. Inspect closely and get satisfied before ordering in bulk.
Can custom Kraft mailers be composted at home?
If the Kraft mailer is uncoated, it can be composted at home. But if it is coated or contains any plastic film or synthetic adhesive, it needs to have a proper industrial composting facility or should be recycled instead.
How long can Kraft mailers last in storage?
Exposure to moisture or sunlight may weaken the paper and deteriorate the protective qualities of the mailer. Therefore, you should keep them in a cool, dry place. There, they can last for 12 to 24 months, serving quality.
